Residencia Los Reyes GUANABO is a villa located 300 meters from the beaches of Guanabo. Located in a quiet and very pleasant residential area, with a wide variety of shops, gas station, leisure and recreation centers and several good nightclubs. There is also a good range of restaurants around (the best in the area), such as Picolo, 421, Chicken Lite and others, where you can taste the best dishes of Cuban cuisine.
The Residence is located in the best area of the city and from the garden you can enjoy the beautiful and unique views of the sea. It is a modern, ground-floor building in which wood and fired brick textures predominate.
Los Reyes GUANABO Residence is rented as a “complete house”. You will be the only guest. Therefore, you are guaranteed great privacy, peace, tranquility and our attention fully dedicated to you. We offer 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and private bathroom in each of them. They are equipped with everything you need (TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, safe and bathroom). The common area has a private garage, garden, swimming pool, solarium, barbecue area, hammock, rocking bed, minibar and ranchón.
The house has cleaning, care, waitress and security personnel. There is alarm and security camera.
